Julie Clark is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, CRNA (certified registered nurse

Lisa Noyes is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, CRNA (certified registered nurse anesthesiologist), and aesthetics practitioner at Hebe Aesthetics. She began her career working as a registered nurse in the surgical intensive care unit at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Four years into her nursing career, she went to Truman Medical Center School of Nurse Anesthesia, obtained a MA- biology, and has been practicing anesthesia for 17 years now. As a woman in her 40’s, Lisa understands the desire to age gracefully, and has channeled her interest into helping others on their graceful aging journeys as well. When not working, Lisa enjoys reading, managing the many critters on her family’s hobby farm, and spending time with her husband and their teenagers.

Rachel Meredith is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, CRNA (certified registered nurse anesthesiologist) and an aesthetics provider at Hebe Aesthetics Medical Spa. She attended KU where she received her Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) in 2019. Prior to that she worked as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department and Trauma ICU and KU Medical Center. Rachel loves making people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin and quickly grown to love the world of Aesthetics and learning new injection techniques. She has furthered her knowledge in aesthetics by completing advanced courses. She enjoys family, hot yoga classes and a nice glass of wine in her spare time. She is looking forward to her future here with Hebe Aesthetics.

David Dugan, MD, is a board certified anesthesiologist and the Medical Director of Hebe Aesthetics. He received his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He practiced anesthesia in Wichita before relocating to the Kansas City area in 2006. In 2015, he completed a fellowship with the University of Kansas in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He currently provides anesthesia services at Providence Medical Center and, additionally, works part-time with Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care as an Associate Medical Director. Dr. Dugan supports the aesthetic providers of Hebe Aesthetics by ensuring proper protocols are followed, overseeing treatment plans, and safeguarding patient confidentiality. He enjoys sports, cooking, landscaping, traveling, and spending time with his grandchildren.
